Graceland Christian University Board of Trustees made the very difficult decision to suspend operations at Graceland Christian University on December 19, 1997. Since then, the former Dean of Students and the Alumni Association have been assisting with the needs of the former students until such time Graceland Christian University can reconvene operations.

Due to the suspension of all Academic Operations in December 1997, Graceland Christian University no longer has a regularly staffed Student Services or Financial Services Office. However arrangements have been made for the following item:

For Students and Alumni requesting transcripts, please email your request and signed release, in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, to info@gracelandchristianuniversity.com or fax to 814-881-2067. Please allow between 30 to 45 days to process as we are minimally staffed.

It is important to note that all financial obligations due Graceland Christian University must be settled prior to transcripts being released to a new institution.
